Do you want to empower yourself to be drawn to healthier food and break the beliefs of a lifetime? then this program is for you.  This is a 4-week hypnotherapy program that will lay down the foundation to change eating habits and beliefs on food.  

This program starts on Thursday the 20th of May from 6 to 7.30 for a hypnotherapy group session for a 4-week duration.  You must commit to the 4 weeks.  

Dates are Thursday 20th, 27th May, 3rd, and 10th of June 2021

Success is individual and you must truly want to commit to change.

Quit Smoking Hypnotherapy 4 Week program involves four group hypnotherapy session plus a take home self-hypnosis recording to be done daily for 4 weeks 1 week prior to the program and during the program.

The Mangawhai Wellbeing Healthier You, Weight Management Program is a realistic modern life program which meets at the same time every week for 4 weeks for 3 hours to gain knowledge and tools to set you up for a healthier you.   

It involves a hypnotherapy group session at each meet-up, take home actionable tasks to change your lifestyle pattern and in the program you will learn healthy recipe ideas that are quick and easy plus so much more. 

Each week you will put in a Mangawhai Wellbeing folder the tools you have learnt so you can recap over them and have this for life.
